Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern access to and use of the BioPeptide website and the placing of orders through it. By using the site or placing an order, the customer declares that they have read these Terms, understand them and accept them in full.

Completing an order requires express confirmation by ticking the "I agree to the Terms of Service" box at checkout. That action constitutes an electronic statement within the meaning of Art. 13 of the Bulgarian Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services Act and forms a distance contract between the customer and the seller.

2. Seller Identification

Sales through this site are made by AXAM Ltd, UIC 208464022, with registered seat and management address: 37 Ami Bue St., Kriva Reka, Krasno Selo district, 1606 Sofia, Bulgaria. The company is not registered under the Bulgarian VAT Act. Contact email: contact@biopeptide.bg.

3. Declaration of Business Activity

Within the meaning of the Bulgarian Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act, the Food Act and related regulations, the seller does not trade in medicinal products, medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetic products or food. The business consists of the sale of peptides and chemical reagents intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research use (Research Use Only — RUO).

4. Research Use Only (RUO)

All products offered through the site are clearly marked "Research Use Only". They are not intended for administration to humans or animals; they do not serve to diagnose, treat, prevent or influence any disease; they are not medicinal products, medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food; and they hold no approval or licence from the Bulgarian Drug Agency, EMA, FDA or any other regulator for medical or consumer use.

By ordering, the customer declares and agrees that they will purchase and use the products solely for laboratory and/or research purposes; that they will not administer the products to humans or animals; that they hold the knowledge, qualification and conditions required for working with laboratory reagents; and that they bear full responsibility for the lawfulness of the products' use.

No instructions, recommendations or consultations are provided concerning dosing, administration or effects on living organisms.

5. Information on the Site

Information published on the site is of a purely informational and scientific-descriptive character, based on existing scientific publications. It does not constitute medical advice, a recommendation, or a claim of effectiveness, and no result of any kind is guaranteed.

6. Orders and Payment

Prices are stated in euro. Payment is made by cash on delivery to the courier; no card or online payments are collected through the site. The seller may refuse or cancel an order where there is reason to suspect use outside the RUO scope, where false details have been provided, or in case of abuse.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by licensed courier companies. Risk passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods. The seller is not responsible for the actions of customs or other control authorities.

8. Withdrawal, Returns and Claims

On the basis of Art. 57, items 5 and 6 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, or to goods liable to deteriorate quickly — categories which cover the laboratory reagents sold here.

Claims are considered only in cases of a proven manufacturing defect or a shipping error, notified to us without delay at contact@biopeptide.bg. Details are set out in the Shipping & Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

All products are supplied "as is". The seller is not liable for improper or unlawful use of the products, for damage arising from the interpretation of information published on the site, or for consequences of use outside the RUO scope.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
