Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Peptides are shipped lyophilised in insulated, cold-chain-appropriate packaging to preserve stability in transit. Domestic orders generally arrive within 2-5 business days; international availability varies by destination.

Returns

We accept returns only of unopened products, with the factory packaging and seal intact. A return is accepted solely when the product was damaged through our fault or carries a manufacturer's defect. Contact us at contact@biopeptide.bg with your order number and photos before sending anything back.

Refunds

Approved amounts are refunded the same way the payment was made. Since orders are paid by cash on delivery, refunds are made by courier money transfer via Econt.
