HGH Fragment 176-191 is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 176 to 191 at the C-terminal end of human growth hormone — sixteen amino acids with a disulfide bridge between the two cysteines. It is studied as a structural fragment of the parent hormone in preclinical metabolic work. It should not be confused with AOD-9604, a chemically modified derivative that has been through human trials; the unmodified fragment itself has not been studied in humans, and claims transferred from AOD-9604 research do not describe it.
